A leading energy company in Valencia is looking for a candidate in Logistics Compliance & Sustainability. You will be responsible for managing compliance obligations and supporting contracts in inland sales. The ideal candidate holds a master’s degree in STEM, is fluent in Spanish and English, and possesses strong analytical and teamwork skills. Knowledge in the oil sector is a plus.

Formación

  • Master’s degree in STEM disciplines (science, technology, engineering, math) is essential.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel essential.
  • Excellent analytical and proactive problem-solving skills are necessary.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively in a team.

Responsabilidades

  • Manage biodiesel and stock compliance obligations per regulatory requirements.
  • Manage purchase and transit contracts on a local basis.
  • Support supervisor in operating practices related to inland sales, including contract drafting.
  • Analyze data and KPIs to optimize stocks related to product sales.

Logistics Compliance & Sustainability

For Inland Sales & Logistics, we are seeking a candidate to join our Logistics Compliance & Sustainability team, responsible for ensuring the activities related to the supply operations in the Spanish local market.

The main responsibilities include :
  • managing biodiesel and stock compliance obligations in accordance with relevant regulatory requirements
  • managing purchase and transit contracts on a local basis
  • supporting the supervisor in operating practices related to inland sales, including contract drafting and monitoring, monthly quantities allocation, and sales monitoring
  • supporting the supervisor in fulfilling obligations related to product sales and their allocation to the logistic system, by analyzing data and KPIs to optimize stocks
Must have requirements
  • master’s degree in STEM disciplines (science, technology, engineering, math)
  • fluency in Spanish and English
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • excellent analytical skills
  • proactive problem-solving abilities
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • aptitude for teamwork

Having knowledge and / or experience in the oil sector is a plus
