Outbound Management
- Manage day-to-day outbound shipping process in SAP.
- Verify orders before transmitting them to the warehouse: volume, route, customer requirements, etc.
- Process and release orders for pick and pack according to agreed daily/weekly/monthly schedules. Choose the optimal (efficient, economic and effective) transport service.
- Schedule or modify deliveries as appropriate.
Claim Handling and Reverse Logistics
- Manage customer claims: recording, investigation, collection of supporting documentation, filing, recovery and general administration of assigned claims.
- Manage the return process and ensure excellent customer experience.
Delivery Monitoring and Reporting
- Proactively monitor trucks arrival and departure times at the warehouse and customer in order to ensure pick up and delivery times are met.
- Monitor loading and unloading reports on a daily basis.
- Take ownership of any delivery-related problems ensuring they are resolved without undue delay.
- Generate and distribute regular reports according to agreed frequency.
Qualifications
- Degree in Administration or Higher Vocational Training in Logistics.
- Strong communication skills, particularly in professional email correspondence.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Fluent in Italian and Spanish. Intermediate level of English.
- 2+ years experience in administration of Logistics operations.
- Experience of maintaining communication and coordination with service providers.
- Experience in working in international teams and a multicultural environment.
