You will manage the distribution of vehicles from the factory to dealers, oversee outbound logistics operations, and ensure cost efficiency. Ideal candidates have experience in the automotive industry and are proficient in logistics management tools. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Formación

• Proven experience in Outbound / Finished Vehicle Logistics.
• Strong knowledge of international and multimodal transport.
• Advanced Excel skills are mandatory; Power BI is a plus.
• Proficient SAP user is mandatory.
• Strong analytical mindset and focused on continuous improvement.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and coordinate transportation of finished vehicles from factory to dealers.
• Optimize routes and transport modes to ensure cost efficiency.
• Manage logistics service providers and ensure SLA compliance.
• Monitor and analyze outbound logistics KPIs driving continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Sales and Distribution teams to prioritize deliveries.
• Analyze data using Excel, Power BI, and SAP to support decisions.

EBRO SUV is looking for a dynamic and analytical professional with experience in Finished Vehicle Logistics (FVL) to join the Logistics team in Barcelona.

Reporting directly to the Logistics Manager, this role is key in managing the distribution of EBRO vehicles from the factory to dealers.

You will oversee outbound logistics operations, ensure efficiency and reliability in transport flows, and continuously optimize processes to improve cost, quality, and delivery performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate the transportation of finished vehicles from the factory to dealers.
• Optimize routes, transport modes, and carrier selection to ensure efficiency and competitive costs.
• Manage logistics service providers (road, rail, and maritime), ensuring SLA compliance and quality standards.
• Monitor and analyze outbound logistics KPIs (OTD, lead times, damages, logistics costs, etc.), driving continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Distribution teams to prioritize deliveries and resolve real-time issues.
• Generate reports and analyze data using Excel, Power BI, and SAP to identify process improvements and support strategic decisions.

Skills & Profile

• Proven experience in Outbound / Finished Vehicle Logistics within the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of international and multimodal transport (road, rail, maritime).
• Advanced Excel skills (mandatory); Power BI experience is a plus.
• Proficient SAP user (mandatory).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in dynamic environments.
• Strong analytical mindset, results-oriented, and focused on continuous improvement.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; other European languages are a plus.
