YOUR CHALLENGE
  • Supporting and coordination of intra- and extra-group outsourcing requests and other critical third parties
  • Plausibility check of internal questionnaire and due diligence in ServiceNow (TPRM tool)
  • Monitoring of implementation of risk mitigation measures
  • Coordination of ongoing monitoring process
  • Support LTO’s in the completion of Global Minimum Controls performance and reporting
  • Triggering and coordination of re-assessment process
  • Preparation of in-house reporting to management and regulators
  • Contribution to resolution of internal/external audit points, compliance requests, resolving risk issues
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts
  • Tool support and reporting of TPRM related data (e.g. Service Now, Tableau, Power Point)
  • Coordination and support to global counterparts (Local Third Party Officers)
  • Lead the TPRM team locally
YOUR PROFILE
  • Good risk management practice. Understanding of outsourcing / TPRM regulations
  • Open and approachable as well as displaying genuine interest in people
  • Reporting skills (e.g. Tableau, Powerpoint, Excel)
  • Driven for results
  • Good judgement and ability to work under pressure both independently and within the team
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative and supportive leadership style
  • Higher Education (University, University or equivalent)
  • Very strong communication and presentation skills
  • Very good English language skills (written and verbal)
