Formación

• Understanding of outsourcing / TPRM regulations is essential.
• Very good English language skills required.
• Higher education (University or equivalent) is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate intra- and extra-group outsourcing requests.
• Monitor implementation of risk mitigation measures.
• Support LTO's in completion of Global Minimum Controls performance.
• Prepare in-house reporting to management and regulators.

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Supporting and coordination of intra- and extra-group outsourcing requests and other critical third parties
• Plausibility check of internal questionnaire and due diligence in ServiceNow (TPRM tool)
• Monitoring of implementation of risk mitigation measures
• Coordination of ongoing monitoring process
• Support LTO’s in the completion of Global Minimum Controls performance and reporting
• Triggering and coordination of re-assessment process
• Preparation of in-house reporting to management and regulators
• Contribution to resolution of internal/external audit points, compliance requests, resolving risk issues
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts
• Tool support and Reporting of TPRM related data (e.g. Service Now, Tableau, Power Point
• Coordination and support to global counterparts (Local Third Party Officers)
