A global education organization is looking for a compassionate Resident Boarding Matron at Sotogrande International School in Spain. The ideal candidate will ensure the wellbeing of the students, providing support and care in a nurturing environment. Responsibilities include overseeing the personal development of boarders, being on-call for their welfare, and fostering positive relationships with the students and their families.

Formación

• Experience in pastoral, welfare or boarding roles is desirable.
• A warm, caring, and professional approach with young people.
• Good ICT skills and the right to work in Spain.

Responsabilidades

• Support the daily wellbeing and personal development of boarding students.
• Be on-call overnight for medical or welfare needs.
• Build positive relationships with students and parents.
