The Role

As a Listing Agent, you will be the trusted partner for homeowners who want to bring their property to the market. Your tasks will include:

• Finding and securing new property listings in the local area
• Confidently negotiating with sellers
• Building strong, long-term relationships based on trust
• Working independently and as part of a supportive team
• Balancing office work with time spent meeting clients in the field
• Sharing local knowledge with clients – from schools and shops to the best beaches

Who You Are

• You speak English and Spanish fluently; knowledge of Dutch or French is an advantage
• You have strong negotiation skills and high emotional intelligence
• You enjoy working with a team but are also self‑motivated and proactive
• You feel comfortable working in an office and meeting clients on‑site
• You believe in genuine service, ethical business, and building trust
