To further strengthen our Laboratory Digitalization team within Smart Manufacturing, we are looking for Life science LIMS Specialist with a strong background in the life sciences industry and digitalization within Quality Control, Analytical Development or Pre‑clinical analytical laboratories.

is a fast‑growing business area where we are applying latest technologies to improve pharmaceutical production processes, as well product development.

Your responsibilities:

You will join our European Laboratory Digitalization team as a Principal or Senior Consultant. You will be co‑responsible for executing the strategy for growing this area in NNIT, through business development and thought leadership activities, as well as taking lead consultant roles in client engagements.

Location: Spain, Italy, Germany, Poland, Denmark. We are hiring into our European team for an exciting project opportunity requiring onsite presence at the client site in the Barcelona area, at least one day a week.

Your qualifications and experience:

• Degree (or similar) in Engineering, Science or IT.
• Sound understanding of life science processes in particular related to quality control, manufacturing, tech transfer and product development.
• Experience in LIMS implementation or expansion/improvement projects with hand‑on experience in the system.
• In depth knowledge of LIMS applications from system admin, business analyst and user perspective. Hand‑on experience with defining user processes and master data together with Laboratory SMEs. Hands‑on experience in creating or giving input to LIMS configuration specifications and testing of these in SampleManager and/or LabVantage LIMS.
• Experience in collaborating with pharma client project team IT and Laboratory SMEs, as well as LIMS vendor business analysts and configuration experts.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with an ability to liaise effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels.

Fluency in oral and written English is a must. A second language (Spanish preferably, or German, Danish, Italian) is desired.

Travel must be expected, but will be kept to necessary business trips.
