Eurofins is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support our European Environmental Testing division from Barcelona, Spain. You will translate laboratory and business requirements into clear deliverables, optimize analytical workflows, and ensure compliance with EU standards.

You will partner with laboratory leaders, product and engineering teams, finance and commercial stakeholders to standardize chromatography data workflows and drive dashboards for performance and quality.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 3+ years as a Business Analyst or Product Owner/Analyst in software or laboratory environments.
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria and functional documentation in Agile.
• Familiarity with laboratory informatics such as LIMS and CDS.
• Excellent communication and facilitation across multi‑cultural EU teams.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze EU Environmental Testing market, regulatory expectations and lab data to identify efficiency and quality opportunities.
• Lead Requirements Ownership for chromatography data system software; elicit, document and refine BRD/URD and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into designs and support backlog grooming and releases.
• Coordinate EU-wide UAT, sign‑off and change management for new features and workflow updates.
• Partner with stakeholders across EU to harmonize chromatography data workflows and drive performance dashboards.
