Eurofins is seeking a Business Analyst to support our EU Environmental Testing chromatography data processing. Based in Almería, Spain, you will translate lab and business requirements into deliverables, optimize workflows for quality and efficiency, and ensure compliance with major EU standards.

You will partner with lab leaders, product, IT, finance, and commercial teams to standardize processes, manage BRD/URD, and lead EU‑regional UAT and rollout of new features in a regulated environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 3+ years as a BA or Product Owner/Analyst in software, laboratory operations, or scientific environments.
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation in Agile (Jira/Confluence).
• Familiarity with LIMS and CDS in lab settings.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills across multi‑cultural EU teams.
• Working knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025, EU Ecolabel, and EA frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel (SQL/BI tools a plus).

Responsabilidades

• Assess EU Environmental Testing market, regulatory expectations, and lab data to identify opportunities for efficiency and quality.
• Elicit, document, and refine BRD/URD, and acceptance criteria (incl. non‑functional needs).
• Lead EU‑regional UAT, business sign‑off, and change management for new features.
• Harmonize chromatography data workflows across EU labs and partners.
• Build dashboards and provide EU‑specific actionable insights for budgeting and reviews.
