• Proven experience in IT or system engineering role.
• Experience with ticketing systems and diagnostic utilities.
• Very good command of English written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1st and 2nd Line Support for the LIMS Application.
• Become an expert in the LIMS Application and provide training.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot application and hardware problems.
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
