XAL in Barcelona is seeking a Product Engineer to drive the development and construction of cutting-edge lighting systems. You will design with 2D and 3D CAD tools, detail luminaires for serial production, and create drawings, BOMs and schedules while supporting production teams.

The role also involves addressing technical questions from production and assembly, and assisting with prototypes and documentation to ensure smooth manufacturing readiness.

Formación

• Completed technical education in product engineering.
• Minimum 2 years in a similar mechanical engineering role.
• Familiar with 3D CAD and design for manufacturing processes.
• Nice to have English and Spanish proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and construct new lighting systems using 2D/3D design tools.
• Detail engineering of luminaires up to serial manufacturing.
• Create construction drawings, parts lists and schedules.
• Answer technical questions from production and assembly.
• Support prototype production and product documentation.
