They are empowered to move about the space and perform what needs to be done, including processing operational tasks, addressing guest requests, completing reports, or sharing highlights of the local area. Every interaction should feel like part of the overall experience.
Note: The role requires staying active and hands-on work, including standing, moving, and lifting or moving items up to 10 pounds without assistance as needed to support guests and operations.
