Overview

Description

The Guest Service Representative provides a memorable and unique guest experience by taking initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay. They are empowered to move about the space and perform what needs to be done, including processing operational tasks, addressing guest requests, completing reports, or sharing highlights of the local area. Every interaction should feel like part of the overall experience.

Note: The role requires staying active and hands-on work, including standing, moving, and lifting or moving items up to 10 pounds without assistance as needed to support guests and operations.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver a smooth check-in and check-out experience while creating a safe, professional environment.
  • Assist guests with requests, operate daily tasks, and complete required reports to support operations.
  • Share information about local area highlights to enhance guest stays.
  • Maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, uphold quality standards, and present a professional appearance and communication.
  • Perform duties in alignment with company policies and procedures and adapt to “other reasonable job duties as requested.”
