Randstad España is seeking a Marketing Program Specialist to drive demand generation and partner marketing in the Life Sciences division. This 12-month, full-time contract offers the opportunity to translate portfolio priorities into multi-channel campaigns and partner enablement initiatives.

The role requires 3–5+ years in marketing within Life Sciences or Pharma, strong digital execution, and the ability to collaborate across product, field marketing, and distributors.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences.
• 3–5+ years of experience in marketing or program management, ideally within Life Sciences, Diagnostics, or Pharma.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing execution, campaign management, and handling complex projects with multiple cross-functional stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Drive integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns across the full funnel to accelerate qualified leads and pipeline.
• Act as the key commercial marketing lead for distribution partners, developing joint demand generation programs and co-marketing initiatives.
• Plan and execute major partner events, annual sales conferences, and training sessions to ensure distributor field readiness and portfolio visibility.
• Partner closely with Strategic Product Managers and Field Marketing teams to turn technical value propositions into commercial execution.
• Monitor CRM and marketing automation performance metrics, analyzing pipeline contribution.
