Job summary

Helvetia Baloise is expanding its Madrid hub to support European transformation programmes in life pricing. We seek an actuary with a focus on Individual Life pricing, capable of handling pricing models, migrations, and system transformations while collaborating with Swiss-based stakeholders.

You will join a growing team in Madrid, operating in a hybrid work model, with opportunities to participate in large-scale European projects and professional development within a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or another quantitative discipline.
• Fluent English communication skills. Knowledge of German is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Actuary with strong experience in Individual Life Pricing within the insurance industry.
• Contribute to transformation initiatives, system implementations, and actuarial modelling projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and international stakeholders to drive pricing excellence.
