• 5–10 years in IT consulting or project management within life/health insurance or financial services.
• Strong background in database management, system integration and analytics.
• Proven success delivering IT projects with compliance to industry standards.
• Proficient in agile project management and DevOps principles.

Responsabilidades

• Workflow and system integration to connect client IT systems and processes.
• Lead cross-functional teams to create project plans and manage timelines.
• Ensure cybersecurity standards across servers, VPNs, firewalls and cloud.
• Act as liaison between clients, IT, underwriting, operations and MRAS.
• Oversee live operations and troubleshoot to improve systems.
• Organize workshops on system integration, underwriting and data analysis.
