The ideal candidate has a degree in Law or Business, proven experience in claims, and is fluent in Spanish and English. Formación

• Proven experience in a Claims function, ideally with a focus on Liability.
• Comprehensive understanding of the regional insurance market.
• A positive attitude and a collaborative work ethic.

Responsabilidades

• Manage claims, including third party agreements (TPA) and service providers.
• Develop broker and customer relationships.
• Review coverage and coordinate with experts and solicitors.
• Prioritize case urgency and ensure timely progression of claims.
• Work closely with internal Departments and clients.

Fluency in Spanish

Educación

Bachelors or Masters degree in Law, Business, or similar field
