Volkswagen Group Services Iberia is building a Level 2 IT Operations team to support TRATON R&D digital products across four brands and time zones. You will diagnose incidents, write runbooks, and help define the service as it ramps up, in a multilingual environment with English as the working language and Spanish in the office.

Join a transition phase where you build operations from scratch, with cross-training and a focus on automation, documentation, and quality incident resolution.

Competenze

• Degree in computer science, telecommunications, electronic engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in Level 2 support, application operations or platform operations.
• Experience in an SLA‑driven service environment.
• Experience working in an international, distributed team.
• Nice to have: AWS in daily operational use and Linux scripting.
• Soft skills: analytical, autonomous, collaborative across distance.

Mansioni

• Take over incidents from Level 1 and resolve within Level 2 scope.
• Diagnose across the stack: logs, interfaces, APIs, cloud services.
• Execute and monitor FOTA/OTA campaigns; validate rollout and rollback.
• Escalate to Level 3 with documented reproducible case.
• Run recurring operational tasks: monitoring, health checks, batch jobs.
• Write and maintain runbooks and work instructions.
• Absorb knowledge transfer system by system as new waves enter.
• Support major incident resolution under Incident Management Coordinator.
• Contribute to shift-left by automation and documentation.
• Cover the Incident Management Coordinator seat during rotation.
