Exclusive Networks is seeking a Legal Intern to support the Southern Region, primarily Spain, Portugal and Israel. You will review, draft and help prepare commercial contracts and NDAs, and assist in contract management alongside internal stakeholders.

The role requires a University or Master’s agreement and completion of studies. You will work under the supervision of the Legal Counsel Group, contributing to ongoing legal projects and documentation in a fast-paced tech environment.

Formación

• Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts, NDAs or similar legal documents.
• Experience with contract management processes and legal documentation workflows.
• Familiarity with legal research and analysis to support business questions.
• Participation in legal projects or clinics during studies or internships.

Responsabilidades

• Review, draft and support preparation of commercial contracts and NDAs.
• Assist in contract management and coordination with internal stakeholders (finance, compliance).
• Provide day-to-day legal support to the business in the Southern Region under supervision.
• Support internal legal processes and documentation.
• Contribute to legal projects and ongoing initiatives led by the Group Legal team.
