Job summary

Titan OS, a Barcelona-based technology, entertainment and advertising company, is seeking a Legal Intern to join its team. You will support the General Counsel across international operations, reviewing basic contracts, conducting legal research, and tracking regulatory developments.

The ideal candidate is a law student or recent graduate with strong English, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. This paid internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review and draft basic legal documents including NDAs, partnership agreements, and commercial contracts.
• Conduct legal research on media, advertising, technology, and IP law across multiple jurisdictions.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments relevant to Titan OS operations.
• Coordinate contract management processes and templates.
• Support compliance and risk management initiatives.
• Coordinate with external counsel and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare internal reports, presentations, and legal updates for cross-functional teams.

Role overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our Legal team at Titan OS. This is an exciting opportunity for a law student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced technology environment. You will work closely with our General Counsel and legal team, supporting a wide range of legal and compliance matters across our international business.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist in reviewing and drafting basic legal documents, including NDAs, partnership agreements, and commercial contracts.
• Support legal research on topics such as media, advertising, technology, and IP law across multiple jurisdictions.
• Help monitor legal and regulatory developments relevant to Titan OS operations.
• Participate in contract management processes (tracking, organizing, and maintaining templates and signed agreements).
• Support compliance and risk management initiatives across the business.
• Assist in the coordination with external legal counsel and internal stakeholders.
• Help prepare internal reports, presentations, and legal updates for cross-functional teams.
