GBSB Global Business School invites applications for Full-Time Faculty positions at our Madrid Campus for the 2026-2027 academic year. You will teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses, supervise theses, mentor students, and contribute to curriculum development and quality assurance.

You will engage in research activities, aiming to publish in Scopus-indexed journals and participate in institutional initiatives and events. English will be the language of instruction.

Formación

• PhD in a relevant discipline related to the area of teaching (or close to completion).
• Minimum of 3 years of university teaching experience at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
• Demonstrated expertise in one or more of the disciplines listed above.
• Experience supervising undergraduate and postgraduate research projects.
• Active research profile with the ability to contribute to scholarly publications.
• Strong command of English (language of instruction).
• Commitment to academic excellence, innovation, research, and student success.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses within your area of expertise.
• Supervise undergraduate and master's dissertations and participate in thesis defense committees.
• Tutor students and provide academic support throughout their learning journey.
• Contribute to curriculum development, academic quality assurance, and institutional initiatives.
• Conduct research and contribute to scholarly activities, including publishing in Scopus-indexed journals.
• Participate actively in faculty meetings, academic events, and continuous improvement initiatives.
