AESC Spain is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to own the training portfolio within its HR team. This hands-on role covers the full training cycle, including subsidies administration, analytics, and stakeholder coordination in a fast-growing industrial setting.

The ideal candidate brings energy, initiative and a track record in Learning & Development across an international environment with Spanish and English fluency.

Formación

  • Experience in Learning & Development and training management.
  • Experience managing training subsidies and subsidised programmes.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

  • Manage the full training and development cycle, from analysis to implementation, evaluation and follow-up.
  • Develop and coordinate the annual Training Plan in alignment with business needs.
  • Coordinate internal and external training providers, logistics, schedules and participant management.
  • Manage training records, documentation and HR systems related to L&D.
  • Lead the administrative management and justification of training subsidies.
  • Monitor training budgets, participation, completion and effectiveness.
  • Support onboarding, technical and professional development programmes.
  • Provide reporting and analysis on training KPIs and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support other HR projects and operational activities as required.

Role Purpose

We are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to join our HR team and take ownership of the company’s training and development activities. This is a highly hands‑on role for an HR professional with strong expertise in training, capable of managing the full training cycle while also supporting broader HR needs in a fast‑paced and growing industrial environment.

The ideal candidate is a proactive, energetic and highly versatile professional who enjoys getting things done, can adapt quickly to changing priorities and is comfortable working across different HR topics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full training and development cycle, from training needs analysis and planning to implementation, evaluation and follow‑up.
  • Develop and coordinate the annual Training Plan, ensuring alignment with business and employee needs.
  • Coordinate internal and external training providers, logistics, schedules and participant management.
  • Manage training records, documentation and HR systems related to L&D.
  • Lead the administrative management and justification of training subsidies.
  • Monitor training budgets, participation, completion and effectiveness.
  • Support the development of onboarding, technical and professional development programmes.
  • Provide reporting and analysis on training KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support other HR projects and operational activities as required, contributing to a flexible and hands‑on HR function.

Qualifications
What We Are Looking For

More than someone who simply manages training, we are looking for someone with energy, initiative and a “make it happen” mindset. A person who can take ownership, solve problems, jump into different HR topics when needed and thrive in a fast‑growing, international environment.

Profile
  • Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Education or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on Learning & Development and training management.
  • Fluent Spanish and English.
  • Solid knowledge and hands‑on experience with training subsidies and the justification of subsidised programmes.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, hands‑on and solution‑oriented, with the ability to work independently.
  • Highly versatile and adaptable, comfortable moving between strategic planning and day‑to‑day execution.
  • Strong attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture.
