PowerCo in Sagunto is offering an internship to support HR learning initiatives across departments. You will coordinate training programs, handle logistics, liaise with external providers, and help prepare presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

We value clear English communication, strong organizational skills, and a background in Business or HR-related fields. The internship runs 6–7 months with a 30–40 hour work week at a rate of €6 per hour, plus a fixed monthly payment.

Responsabilidades

• Track attendance, completion, and certificates for trainings.
• Prepare presentations and reports for stakeholders (universities, Generalitat Valenciana, business units).
• Promote training programs via emails and intranet; take notes in meetings.

Your Role And Key Responsibilities

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated interns to join our team across multiple departments. This internship program offers a unique opportunity for students to gain hands‑on experience, develop professional skills, and contribute to meaningful projects.

As a HR Learning Becari@ your main responsibilities will include:

• Support the coordination of training programs, including soft skills courses, language trainings, and vocational education initiatives.
• Assist in the logistics and scheduling of trainings: room bookings, calendar invites, attendee lists, etc.
• Act as a point of contact with external training providers: follow-up on documentation, delivery dates, attendee tracking, and feedback collection.
• Help with the administrative tracking of training sessions (attendance, completion status, certificates).
• Collaborate in the preparation of presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders (e.g., Generalitat Valenciana, universities, business units).
• Support the communication and promotion of training programs via emails, intranet, etc.
• Participate in meetings or workshops with Operations and Academic Partners, taking notes and preparing summaries.

What You Bring To The Team

• You must be currently enrolled at UPV or UV, as we will sign a convenio with your university.
• Must be able to work in Sagunto (ownership of a personal vehicle).
• A long-term intern available from January for 6-7 months.
• Availability of 30-40 hours per week.
• Gross compensation: €6 per hour.
• Fixed monthly payment, based on a pre-agreed schedule.
• Academic background in any of the following fields is accepted: Business Administration / Economics / Labor Relations / Human Resources / Industrial Engineering / Organization Engineering or related fields.

• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
