Tokio Marine HCC International in Barcelona seeks a Commercial D&O and FI Claims Manager to lead the UK claims team within our Financial Lines function. You will oversee UK D&O and FI claims across all adjustment stages and collaborate with underwriting on trends and renewals.

Native English required, with people-management experience and familiarity with ECF and London market practices. Travel to meetings, events and conferences will be required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Native level English skills.
• Experience leading a claims team in D&O or FI lines.
• Experience adjusting D&O or FI claims, in-house, law firm or loss adjusting.
• Familiarity with ECF and London market practices and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team handling UK Commercial D&O and FI claims (D&O, PI, Crime).
• Oversee claims through all adjustment stages and monitor developments.
• Engage with UK underwriters on claims, wording issues and trends.
• Provide training and speak at internal/external events; attend conferences.
• Conduct performance evaluations and participate in strategy planning.
