Johnson & Johnson in Madrid, Italy and Poland is seeking a Lead Trial Delivery Manager to drive study-level activities, vendor oversight, and regional delivery. This role offers hybrid or remote working depending on location and case.

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop trial documents, manage budgets, mentor staff, and support Health Authority inspections while optimizing study delivery across multiple countries.

Formación

• BS degree or equivalent, Life Sciences preferred.
• Minimum 4 years clinical trial experience in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare or related industries.
• Clinical trial operational knowledge across multiple phases (Phase I‑IV).
• 2-3 years supporting multiple aspects of a global clinical trial.
• Strong leadership, decision-making and ability to work across global matrixed teams.

Responsabilidades

• Create and update critical trial documents (Monitoring Guidelines, ICF, IMP documentation).
• Manage vendor setup and day-to-day trial vendor activities, including SOW and budget oversight.
• Coordinate country/regional trial management activities and align feasibility strategy with local teams.
• Support development of program-level compound training with Clinical/CTD/Medical writing.
• Provide input into trial-level operational strategies and mitigate risks.
