Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Madrid seeks a Lead, Local Trial Manager with 4+ years in clinical trial management or 8+ years in monitoring/management. You will oversee local trials from start-up to closeout, ensuring GCP compliance and high-quality data across Phase 1–3 studies as needed.

The role requires leadership, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and travel as needed. A strong understanding of regulatory requirements and QA follows from SOPs and country practices.

Formación

• BA or BS in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 6+ years of clinical trial management experience or 8+ years of monitoring/management experience.
• Demonstrated AI literacy and an AI-enabled mindset.
• Knowledge of GCP and local regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead country protocol and site feasibility activities in collaboration with teams.
• Coordinate local trial team to meet recruitment targets and ensure high-quality data.
• Ensure AE/SAE/PQC reporting within required timelines.
• Manage local trial budget and CAPA; mentor Associate LTMs.
