Alstom is recruiting a Train Project Engineering Manager (PREM) at our Santa Perpetua site near Barcelona. You will lead engineering project management and Design to Cost activities across projects and tenders, ensuring QCD commitments are met and processes are deployed across engineering teams.

You will manage PrEM teams, drive DtC initiatives, and collaborate with engineering, operations and project management to solve complex challenges and deliver innovative rail mobility solutions.

Formación

• Proven experience in train engineering.
• 5+ years of experience managing teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• Structured, organized, hands-on approach.
• Fluency in English and local language.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage Project Engineering Manager (PrEM) and Design to Cost (DtC) activities across projects and tenders.
• Ensure delivery of Quality, Cost and Delivery (QCD) commitments.
• Oversee deployment of Alstom engineering processes, standards and QMS.
• Support PrEM teams in issue resolution and priority definition.
• Manage team capacity, skills development and resource allocation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices with Central Engineering.
• Drive the Design to Cost approach and team development.
