Nordex SE on site in Spain is seeking an experienced engineer to oversee material, tools and site property while managing daily O&M activities at wind turbine locations.

You will coordinate subcontractors, schedule maintenance, and ensure availability and client satisfaction, while performing turbine repairs and reporting to the Service Area Manager. Fluency in English is required.

Formación

• Qualification: Technical Engineering or Similar.
• Complementary Training: MS Office, SCADA, Maximo, PDM, JDE.
• Languages: High level of written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for material, tools and property of the Company.
• Project and Resources Management. (manpower, materials, tools, subcontractors…)
• Customer communication
• Responsible for daily management of O&M activities
• Schedule the maintenance plan and check it is completed in due course. Ensure subcontractors fulfill their contracts, especially focus on availability and AW instructions.
• Coordinate and follow up the O&M activities on site with primary focus on Availability, Reliability, Retrofit implementation and client satisfaction, always thinking of AW best interest.
• Autonomously carry out simple repairs of turbines, troubleshooting and fault finding
• Carry out complex repair processes in collaboration with the local trainer/dispatcher.
• Fill in reports and checklists to completely inform Service Area Manager.
• Supervise proper management and inventories of spare parts. Communicate deviations for complex planned site activities with the Service Area Manager.

• Coordinate and follow up the O&M activities on site with primary focus on the achievement of the contractual Availability, Reliability, Retrofit implementation and client satisfaction, always thinking of AW best interest.
• Autonomously carry out simple repairs of turbines, troubleshooting and fault finding
• Carry out complex repair-processes in collaboration with the local trainer/dispatcher.
• Fill in reports and checklists in order to completely inform Service Area Manager.
• Supervise the proper management and inventories of spare parts. Special tooling certifications Communicate and keep customer aware of any deviations for complex planned site activities in conjunction with the Service Area Manager.
