Nordex Group in Spain seeks a technical engineer to lead site maintenance for O&M activities. You will manage materials, tools and subcontractors, coordinate maintenance plans, and ensure availability and reliability of turbines on site.

With strong English skills and a background in technical engineering, you will document activities, report to the Service Area Manager, and support continuous improvement across projects.

Formación

• Technical Engineering or a similar qualification is required.
• Complementary training in MS Office, SCADA, Maximo, PDM and JDE.
• High level written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for material, tools and property of the Company.
• Project and Resources Management. (manpower, materials, tools, subcontractors…)
• Customer communication
• Responsible for daily management of O&M activities
• Schedule the maintenance plan and chase it is completed in due course. Make sure that the subcontractors fulfill their contracts, especially focused on the availability and that AW instructions are strictly followed.
• Coordinate and follow up the O&M activities on site with primary focus on the achievement of the contractual Availability, Reliability, Retrofit implementation and client satisfaction, always thinking of AW best interest.
• Autonomously carry out simple repairs of turbines, troubleshooting and fault finding
• Carry out complex repair-processes in collaboration with the local trainer/dispatcher.
• Fill in reports and checklists in order to completely inform Service Area Manager.
• Supervise the proper management and inventories of spare parts. Special tooling certifications
• Communicate and keep customer aware of any deviations for complex planned site activities in conjunction with the Service Area Manager.

Required Profile

• Qualification: Technical Engineering or Similar
