TechTeamz in Almería, Spain is seeking a Lead Systems Engineer to architect and drive nanosatellite and microsatellite missions across the full lifecycle.

You will define end-to-end satellite missions, scale designs to constellation architectures, and act as Technical Authority translating customer objectives into system requirements. Strong leadership and communication with engineering teams and customers are essential.

Formación

• Significant experience in a Senior or Lead Systems Engineering role within the space industry.
• Experience taking a satellite through the complete design-to-test lifecycle.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical decisions to customers and engineering teams.

Responsabilidades

• Define and architect end-to-end satellite missions.
• Scale designs from individual spacecraft to constellation architectures.
• Drive lifecycle from proposal to verification and AIT.
• Act as Technical Authority translating customer objectives into architectures.
• Manage interfaces between payloads, platforms and launch providers.
• Lead system-level trade-offs on power, thermal, RF, pointing, mass, performance.
• Identify and mitigate mission-level technical risks.
• Mentor and guide multidisciplinary engineering teams.
