Halter is seeking Lead Engineers to tackle the hardest problems in a hardware-software-AI system built for farms. You will influence architecture, ship robust code, and mentor peers while working across frontend, backend, and platform domains.

You’ll join a fast-moving team that values hands-on leadership, deep domain learning on agricultural tech, and strong collaboration. Relocation to Auckland with visa support is provided.

• Proven track record shipping complex systems in production.
