Role mission
As a Sr RPA Developer in HR Systems Employee Experience, you will play a pivotal role in driving efficiencies through automation within the technology landscape. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining RPA solutions that automate repetitive tasks within business processes, aligning with our business objectives and delivering exceptional value to our employees worldwide.
Focus on
- Identifying Automation Opportunities: Recognizing repetitive tasks within HR systems and employee experience processes that can be automated to enhance efficiency.
- Integrating RPA with HR Systems: Collaborating with teams to seamlessly integrate RPA solutions with existing HR systems, streamlining processes and enhancing employee experience.
- Process Optimization: Working to optimize HR processes through RPA, ensuring a more efficient and user‑friendly employee experience within the systems.
Main responsibilities
- Process Analysis: Analyzing and understanding business processes to identify automation opportunities and create efficient RPA solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Solution Design: Architecting scalable and robust RPA solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards while optimizing performance and reliability.
- Development: Building and maintaining RPA workflows, ensuring they align with evolving HR system needs and employee experience goals.
- Application Maintenance: Following application lifecycle management processes and retirement strategies, including data quality and security compliance.
- Collaboration: Gathering requirements from stakeholders, presenting automation proposals, and providing regular updates on project progress.
- Integration: Developing and managing integration between enterprise applications, such as payroll, time and attendance, and benefits administration.
- Continuous Improvement: Identifying improvement areas, staying updated on RPA trends, and contributing to the evolution of RPA practices within the organization.
Skills and experience
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of hands‑on experience in RPA development.
- Proficiency with RPA tools such as UiPath or Blue Prism.
- Knowledge of Power Automate.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, Node.js, or C#.
- Knowledge of database management and SQL.
Desired / Preferred
- Experience with AI and machine learning integration in RPA.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and automation in HR technology.
