Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Qualifier to spearhead our client reactivation efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and reconnecting with former customers who have not made recent purchases, with the goal of reintroducing our biotechnology solutions and driving renewed sales. Main Responsabilities : Analyze historical customer data to identify dormant accounts and prioritize outreach. Initiate contact via phone, email, and other channels to re-engage past clients. Present relevant product offerings tailored to the client’s previous interests and industry needs. Build trust and rapport to understand current challenges and propose biotech solutions. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns for reactivation. Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in CRM systems. Track performance metrics and contribute to continuous improvement strategies.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or client prospecting—preferably in biotech or life sciences. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to understand and explain complex scientific products and solutions. Familiarity with CRM tools and data analysis. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently. Native / advanced level of German. B2 level of English or higher. Offer

A full-time position with working hours from Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm. Salary : 22. 300€ gross / year + 1.800€ gross / year in bonus.
