Airbus Defence and Space in Getafe (Madrid) seeks a Combat Program Supply Manager to lead bid management and manage the end-to-end supply chain for combat programs. You will drive strategic procurement, onboard key suppliers, and build strong international partnerships while ensuring on-time delivery and cost efficiency.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering, 3-5 years in bid management in a defense/aerospace context, and fluent English and Spanish.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred)
• 3-5 years of experience in Bid Management, preferably within defense/aerospace
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Responsabilidades

• Lead bid management activities for combat program supply contracts, including proposal preparation and negotiation strategy
• Manage end-to-end supply chain for assigned combat programs, ensuring on-time delivery, cost efficiency and quality
• Develop and implement strategic procurement plans, identifying and onboarding key suppliers
• Maintain strong supplier relationships through performance monitoring and issue resolution
• Drive negotiations to secure favorable terms, conditions and pricing
• Oversee program and project management aspects of supply chain activities
• Coordinate with international stakeholders within a transnational leadership framework
• Communicate supply chain requirements and progress across internal departments and external partners
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks specific to combat programs, developing contingency plans
