We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the product strategy and execution across a business unit that spans multiple countries. You will lead a team of product managers and work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful product delivery that meets customer needs and business goals. You will collaborate closely with the VP of Product to define and execute on the company’s strategy and goals. What You’ll Do
  • Lead the product strategy and vision for a business unit that operates across different countries, working closely with cross‑functional teams to define product priorities, establish product roadmaps, and ensure that the product is aligned with the company’s overall strategy and customers needs.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business unit and communicate effectively with executive leadership, ensuring alignment on product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Lead the prioritization of problems to solve based on value analysis and alignment of stakeholders from different countries, fostering the teamwork and synergies between countries.
  • Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers, providing guidance and support as they work to develop and launch successful products.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Product to ensure that product initiatives are aligned with the company’s overall strategic goals and vision.
  • Ensure customer needs are taken into account in the product definition process.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and bring new ideas to the table to help drive innovation and product excellence.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the Product Management team, and across the wider organization.
What You Bring
  • Experience working in a global, multi‑cultural environment, and managing products that are used by customers in multiple countries.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Experience managing a team of Product Managers or Product Owners.
  • Experience working with Agile development methodologies, and a deep understanding of product development lifecycles.
  • Fluency in English
