Job summary

ENSIA EXPERT, S.L. is hiring a Navigation Systems Architect (ATA 34) in Madrid to design and lead multi-system navigation concepts for Airbus projects.

You will coordinate internal teams and external suppliers to define resilient navigation architectures aligned with operational needs. The role requires an engineering degree and hands-on experience with GPS, IRS, ADIRS, MMR, FMS, and safety processes (DO-178/DO-254, ARP4754/ARP4761).

Qualifications

• Engineering degree from a university or engineering school.
• Experience in Navigation Systems (ATA 34) with GPS/IRS.
• Familiarity with avionics safety processes (ABD0100/ABD0200, ARP4754, ARP4761, DO-178/DO-254).

Responsibilities

• Act as a multi-system navigation function designer for ongoing and future Airbus projects.
• Coordinate and lead a multidisciplinary network internally (Systems Design Office, In-Service Support) and with external suppliers.
• Define and improve navigation architectures to ensure resilience against threats and evolving risks.
