Prodalim, a family-owned, global juice and specialty ingredients solutions group, is seeking a Production Supervisor - Natural Colors to lead operations, ensure GMP, and maintain production schedules.

You will supervise operators, train staff, monitor process variables, support safety and quality programs, and contribute to continuous improvement projects in a facilities-rich manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Degree in Agricultural Engineering, Food Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar supervisory role within a comparable manufacturing environment.
• Experience in food manufacturing, preferably involving natural colours, food ingredients, flavours, or edible oils.
• Knowledge of SAP is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain GMP compliance.
• Supervise daily production activities to meet schedule and methods.
• Train and support operators in machine operation and basic maintenance.
• Operate reactors and monitor key process variables.
• Coordinate and oversee sampling activities at each stage of production.
• Identify and report health, safety and environmental risks.
