SPX FLOW, Inc. is seeking a Lead Process Engineer to oversee the engineering design outputs for various projects. In this role, you will provide leadership to engineers, ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and manage the engineering process to meet contract requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in an engineering discipline and experience in relevant industries such as Food, Beverage, or Pharmaceuticals. Responsibilities also include mentoring and improving processes within the engineering community.

Formación

• Degree level qualification in an appropriate engineering discipline, e.g., Process or Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical.
• Experience in Food, Beverage, Pharmaceutical, and hygienic industries.
• Experience in leading a technical team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership to engineers working on the project.
• Ensure adherence to SPX Flow procedures and practices.
• Manage engineering to meet quality and budgetary requirements.

Conocimientos

Fluent English (spoken and written)

Excellent communication skills

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently

Ability to work on multiple tasks

Experience in Food, Beverage, Pharmaceutical industries

Educación

Degree in Process, Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
