Deluxe Media Inc. in Madrid is seeking a Lead Graphic Designer to oversee graphics localization for trailers, TV spots and digital campaigns. You will blend hands-on creative work with daily leadership of the graphics team to preserve original intent and ensure delivery quality.

The role requires advanced After Effects, Illustrator and Photoshop skills, plus experience in typography, motion graphics and 3D elements with Cinema 4D or Blender. On-site, 40 hours per week, permanent contract.

Formación

• Graphic designer degree required.
• Advanced proficiency in After Effects for motion graphics and compositing.
• Strong typography, layout and visual composition skills.
• Experience in localization for AV content is a plus.
• Familiarity with Illustrator and Photoshop.

Responsabilidades

• Create, rebuild and localize motion graphics and text cards.
• Lead creation, reconstruction and localization of endboards and assets.
• Execute After Effects work, including animation and tracking.
• Automate repetitive tasks via scripting to improve efficiency.
• Guide artists in adapting typography and animation for multiple languages.
• Review work before QC and provide constructive feedback.
• Plan workloads with Producers and manage deadlines.
• Mentor junior artists and establish reusable templates.
• Troubleshoot rendering issues and maintain project organization.
