Airbus in Madrid is seeking a Study Project Manager for the Microwave Instruments Future Projects and Proposals department. You will manage a diverse study team focused on microwave instruments for Earth Observation missions.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Engineering, a strong project management background, and experience in leading teams. The position supports flexible hybrid working and offers attractive benefits.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Engineering or Industrial management.
• 3 years of experience in Project Management or operational project team.
• Demonstrated abilities to manage a team and develop team spirit.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the study team for active and passive microwave instruments.
• Manage the preparation of proposals for future studies.
• Ensure communication flow between Airbus and external teams.
