• 7 years of experience in semiconductor, MEMS, or medical-device process development.
• At least 3 years in leadership or team-management roles.
• Strong understanding of development-to-production transfer methodologies.

• Specify and qualify equipment through CAPEX planning and qualification.
• Coordinate reliability testing and process qualification for devices.
