Job summary
Ramboll is seeking an Associate/Principal Mechanical Engineer for Europe’s datacentre projects. You will lead mechanical design, coordinate with electrical teams, and drive client-facing activities.
You will oversee and contribute to the production work and mentor junior engineers to ensure project success. Based in Madrid, you will participate in primary mechanical systems such as cooling and ventilation, support systems, and sustainable design considerations, while working within the Buildings
Qualifications
- Qualified engineer with proven track record in discipline.
- Experience with mission critical systems in datacentre or similar industries.
- Engineering degree with accreditation; pursuing IEng/CEng status.
Responsibilities
- Lead mechanical delivery on datacentre projects.
- Drive project delivery with minimal supervision on technical aspects.
- Produce detailed designs and supervise others.
- Inspire confidence and manage client relationships.
- Coordinate tasks to meet deadlines and allocate resources.
