Join a large-scale, global organisation at the forefront of digital transformation. We’re looking for an experienced Lead IT Project Manager to deliver complex, high-impact technology projects across HR, Finance, Procurement and Sustainability.

As the Lead IT Project Manager, you’ll be accountable for end-to-end project delivery from scoping and solution design through to testing, implementation and service transition. You’ll oversee cross-functional teams, vendors and partners, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards of compliance and quality.

What you’ll bring :
  • 8–10+ years’ experience delivering complex IT projects within large, global environments.
  • Proven track record across HR, Finance, Procurement or Sustainability domains.
  • Hands‑on experience managing full project lifecycles — ideally within SAP or Workday ecosystems.
  • Strong stakeholder management, governance and leadership capabilities, with the ability to coordinate virtual teams across geographies.
  • Deep understanding of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies and managing technology change in complex organisations.
  • Provide direction to other IT Project Managers and support them where required.
