Lighthouse Intelligence is seeking a Lead Platform Engineer to drive frontend platform initiatives, accelerating the Ember-to-React migration and strengthening the design system to deliver high-quality UI components.

You will turn broad goals into clear, documented plans, manage delivery with engineers and solution architects, and own AI-assisted tooling to enable safe, scalable frontend development across product teams.

Formación

• Senior-level frontend engineering experience enabling you to independently turn ambitious goals into plans and outcomes.
• Strong experience with React and TypeScript guiding engineers toward effective patterns and high-quality migration decisions.
• Expert fluency with at least one AI development tool and understanding of guardrails for good results.
• Excellent project-management habits to organize work, communicate progress, and document decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead frontend platform initiatives to accelerate Lighthouse’s migration to React.
• Own AI-assisted frontend tooling and strengthen the design system and shared foundations.
• Turn broad goals into actionable plans and drive adoption with product engineers and solution architects.
• Build and maintain tooling, education, and guardrails for safe, high-quality frontend code.
