Lighthouse is seeking a Lead Platform Engineer to steer frontend platform initiatives, accelerate the Ember-to-React migration, and strengthen the design system and tooling for AI-assisted development.

The role requires senior frontend experience with React/TypeScript, strong communication, and leadership to guide engineers and architects across products. The position supports remote work in a globally distributed team.

Formación

• Senior-level frontend engineering experience with independent goal setting and delivery.
• Strong React and TypeScript experience guiding engineers through migrations.
• Experience with AI development tools and guardrails for quality results.
• Excellent project-management habits: plan, communicate progress, document decisions.
• Experience with shared tooling, cloud infrastructure, and delivery pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Lead frontend platform initiatives to accelerate work while maintaining quality.
• Own AI-assisted frontend tooling and improve the frontend harness for safe contributor involvement.
• Drive migration from Ember to React and strengthen the design system.
• Set direction for major initiatives and turn goals into actionable plans.
• Collaborate with product engineers and solution architects to drive adoption.
