Lighthouse is seeking a Lead Platform Engineer to lead frontend platform initiatives, focusing on accelerating migration from Ember to React, strengthening the design system, and improving tooling and guardrails that help engineers and AI agents produce high-quality frontend code.

You will turn broad goals into clear, well-documented plans, manage delivery, and collaborate with product engineers and solution architects to understand requirements and drive adoption.

Formación

• Extensive frontend engineering experience with modern frameworks.
• Strong React and TypeScript proficiency and migration experience.
• Experience with AI tooling and building guardrails for safe AI-assisted development.
• Excellent project-management, planning, and documentation skills.
• Clear communication and collaboration with product teams and solution architects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead frontend platform initiatives to accelerate migration from Ember to React.
• Own AI-assisted frontend tooling and improve the frontend harness.
• Turn broad goals into clear, well-documented plans and manage delivery.
• Partner with product engineers and solution architects to drive adoption.
