SLNG is seeking a Speech Model Performance Engineer to shape the technical foundation for real-time speech AI. You will benchmark, optimise, and productionize speech inference from TTS to multilingual ASR, working closely with the founding team to deliver scalable, low-latency models.

You will contribute to performance engineering, benchmarking across dialects, and continuous improvement of the inference stack in a hybrid Barcelona-based team.

Formación

• Strong background in ASR/TTS.
• PyTorch/ONNX experience.
• Familiar with GPU profiling and optimisation.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Make speech models fast and scalable for real‑time usage.
• Benchmark, optimize, and productionize speech inference at scale.
• Collaborate with founding tech team to shape the ML foundation.
