Quadrivia AI, a health technology company behind Q, seeks an experienced Integration Lead to design, build, and operate the US healthcare integration layer connecting EHRs and clinical systems to the Quadrivia AI platform. You will own HL7v2 and FHIR interfaces, ensure HIPAA-compliant data flows, and coordinate multiple parallel integration teams.

This deeply hands-on role blends healthcare standards with modern distributed systems.

Formación

• 10+ years in software/integration engineering with HL7v2 and FHIR production experience.
• Experience coordinating multiple engineers across concurrent customers.
• Must be based in the USA and authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.
• Willingness to travel within the USA for onboarding and go-lives.
• Hands-on with at least one major EHR interface (Epic, Cerner, Oracle Health, athenahealth or MEDITECH).
• Experience with InterSystems IRIS or comparable engines (Mirth/NextGen Connect, Rhapsody, Cloverleaf).
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript or Java/Groovy.
• Solid understanding of clinical terminologies and EHR data models.
• Knowledge of integration security: MLLP, SFTP, REST, OAuth2/SMART, TLS/mTLS.
• Experience in HIPAA/HITECH, SOC 2, and HITRUST controls.

Responsabilidades

• Design and maintain bidirectional integrations with major EHRs.
• Implement HL7v2 and FHIR interfaces including SMART on FHIR.
• Build data pipelines on our integration platform and via aggregators.
• Ensure patient matching, PHI handling, and HIPAA compliance across data flows.
• Coordinate parallel integration teams and establish coding standards.
• Monitor reliability, reconciliation, and graceful degradation of interfaces.
