T-Systems is seeking a Principal DevOps Engineer to guide enterprise customers through onboarding, training, and early adoption of our AI cloud platform. You will architect tailored solutions, drive PoCs, and ensure smooth integration of complex workloads from LLM deployment to end-to-end AI/ML pipelines.

You will lead with technical expertise, coordinating across infra, networking, security, and AI services, while mentoring customers on optimal GPU cluster usage and best practices for scalable

Formación

• 3+ years in design and delivery of IaaS/PaaS/SaaS systems.
• GPU-based infrastructure experience.
• Solid knowledge of Kubernetes container tech.
• Expert scripting in Python/Bash.
• Expert automation deployments (Ansible/Salt-Stack/Terraform/Helm).
• Expert CI/CD in Kubernetes and repo management.
• Automation with Git (GitHub/GitLab) and CI/CD tools.
• Strong Linux OS experience.
• Experience with monitoring/visualization tools (Grafana/Prometheus).
• English at B2 level; German is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Consult customers on GPU infrastructure and platform usage.
• Lead onboarding and training for customers on GPU clusters and AI environments.
• Design and implement PoCs including environments, data pipelines, and deployment workflows.
• Translate business needs into technical specs during requirement engineering.
• Assist with performance optimization, troubleshooting, and validation of solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across infra, networking, automation, security, and AI services.
• Propose and develop automation concepts to improve services and operating models.
• Ensure reliability, scalability, and security across the customer lifecycle.
• Support monitoring, observability, and capacity planning for AI workloads.
