T-Systems Iberia is seeking a senior AI/Software engineering leader to shape AI-assisted SDLC patterns and oversee OpenStack-derived service analysis across multiple teams.

You will guide adoption of AI platforms and coding agents for secure enterprise use, and establish human-in-the-loop controls, artefact-driven decisions, and governance across complex codebases. Proven leadership in confidential programs is valued.

Formación

• 8+ years in software engineering or platform architecture roles.
• Strong Python skills and backend or systems languages (Go, Java, C, C++, or Rust).
• Deep practical experience with AI coding agents and LLM-enabled SDLC workflows.
• Solid understanding of OpenStack-derived cloud software architectures and Kubernetes-based delivery.
• Able to lead senior engineers in ambiguous environments and drive actionable decisions.
• Experience in confidential enterprise programs with auditability and sovereignty constraints.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead AI-assisted SDLC patterns across repositories and teams.
• Guide analysis of OpenStack-derived services, APIs, dependencies, integration flows, and build structures across repositories.
• Evaluate AI development platforms and coding agents for secure enterprise use cases.
• Establish human-in-the-loop controls, quality gates, prompt libraries, and evidence standards for AI outputs.
• Coach engineers on safe, effective use of AI tools while coordinating with architecture, security, DevOps, and testing teams.
• Produce senior stakeholder-ready artefacts including transition risks and recommended actions.
